PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY

  • You must purchase a service package before we initiate a remote connection.  If we cannot initiate a remote connection then your purchase will be refunded.
  • You must live in the United States for phone conversations.  Appointments outside the US require chatting in english.
  • You know how to load a website by typing it into the address bar.
  • You have email.
  • You understand that once our remote support session has ended I CANNOT access your PC unless we re-initiate a remote support session again.
  • You understand that many reboots and remote re-connections may be required during your appointment.
  • You agree to stay by your computer and phone until the appointment has concluded.
  • You understand that remote malware removal is not as fast as me being there and in some very rare cases can result in an unbootable pc.  If this happens your appointment will be refunded.
  • If you need to ship your PC to me then you agree to pay the shipping and insurance costs.
  • If you call me then you know that you're paying for any long distance charges as well as any cell phone minutes.
  • You have a 15 day warranty on all work performed by me during our remote session.
  • You understand that a refund may take 2-3 business days.
  • We are NOT respnsible for data loss.
  • You have backed up critical and personal data on your computer prior to our computer repair appointment.
